I worked with Chett at my office and he also built my computer. When in need Chett comes to my house or accesses the computer remotely in order to do the necessary repairs or upgrades. Chett is very good at what he does and I always feel better when he is done.
Chett has been the IT support for our dental office for almost 10 years and has done everything to keep us up and running. He stays on top of trends and has the ability to create what we need as well as control costs. We have had to upgrade servers and 15 workstations to stay current with changing dental technology over the years and Chett has been with us through it all integrating new hardware and managing the software between systems allowing our office to run smoothly and continue to be productive.I only wish we had started our practice with him instead of the company we used, there would have been fewer headaches starting out.
I was and am very pleased with Chett’s services. I had a hard drive to crash on me and only part of it could be restored using any methods my husband and I knew of. I found Chett’s advertisement on Craig’s List and he got back to me nearly immediately after I e-mailed him. He was easy to work with, e.g. quick to pick up the drive and return it to me. I also think his charges were reasonable considering how many hours he put into retrieving my data. He returned everything to me in a neat stack of CD’s which I am keeping in case this drive fails on me one day. So, bottom line, two thumbs up for Chett!
I highly recommend Chett's services. Some months back, I had problems with my email service, which is essential to my law practice. After another computer specialist was unable to identify the problem, I called Chett. He came out right away and diagnosed the problem, explaining the techical problem in lay terms. He quickly resolved the issue and charged a reasonable rate for doing so. Fortunately, I have not had any computer problems since then. When and if I do, I will surely call Chett.

I recently had unfortunate need for the services of a data recovery service and was recommended to Chett Salzman by an acquaintance. Chett saved us hundreds of dollars by doing a simple repair on my wife's laptop for a reasonable fee, with an excellent turnaround time (if I remember correctly, it was overnight). His services are highly recommended.

Chett worked on computer issues for an organization I work for. Chett responded quickly to his calls. He was knowledgeable, experienced and extremely friendly. He gave me useful info as how to prolong the life of a computer. I will definitely call Chett again if I/we have problems with computers in the future!

Chett fixed my wireless network that hadn't worked for a couple years and configured my family PC's. Chett was great in spending the time on diagnosing the problem on my laptop. He kept me posted every step of the way since it appeared the problems presented eventually became a can of worms. Even though it became cost prohibitive to repair my laptop, he came up with an acceptable alternative of offering me another laptop with all my personal data transferred from my old laptop.
